|Recommended: YesGood location good price worth the look — like any apartment complex, parking can be rough sometimes, but there are always spaces you my have to walk a little.
Occasional issues with laundry units. but staff fixes and office staff will credit you instantly. Yes you can hear the upstairs neighbors but it no louder than any other place, There is a playground for kids, dog park and both are nice, have not used pool yet but centrally located and looks nice, also has grassy areas throughout complex. 5 minutes to the strip 15 to airport. Multiple schools within in walking distance. grocery store as well.so far i have found Park 80 family friendly and you should check it out. just so you know open apartment rent fast. stay on top of it, I missed out on first two opening personally. but glad i'm here now.
